We aim to provide the best service possible to our landlords ensuring that you have high caliber professional tenants and ultimately continuous income for the duration of the tenancy. We actively promote every property we get instructed on and do our best to find a suitable tenant within a short space of time. We also advise landlords on what to do in order to maximise rental income, also on how to attract good tenants and ensure that the legal side of letting is followed.

Our commission are some of the lowest in the lettings market and lower than any high street estate or letting agent in London. The prices below are for single property lets, if you have multiple properties that you want to rent please contact us and we will provide a quote.

*Our introductory rates are available for landlords wishing to let out their property exclusively through eLondon Lets.





Let Only / Tenant Find Service

This service includes the following:

  • Marketing your property on the property portals such as Right Move, Hot Property, Gum Tree, Property Finder and much more, also local papers and magazines,
  • Placing your property in our "Featured Property" section on the eLondon Lets website,
  • Applicant ID Check, Credit Check, Employment Reference Check,
  • Drawing up of a tenancy agreement,
  • Arranging collection of rent,
  • Transferring deposits to a government approved custodial Deposit Protect Scheme.

Let & Management Service

This is a comprehensive service where we manage the property on behalf of the Landlord. As well as providing all the above services, landlords receive the following:

  • Complete a full inventory at no extra cost - outlining the condition of your property before the tenancy commences,
  • Advise on health and safety legislation and provide a free Corgi CP12 certification which complies with landlord gas safety laws (available only on 12 months or more tenancies),
  • Act as the first point of contact for the tenant,
  • We will take the hassle and the worry away when something breaks down or needs repair by arranging minor repairs and maintenance,
  • Arrange frequent inspection of the property to ensure that it is being properly maintained by the tenant(s) and provide a report about our findings,
  • At the end of the tenancy we will issue the appropriate notices (section 21) and "check-out" the tenant - arrange for a final inspection and return the security deposit deducting any expenses where necessary.

Our introductory rate are only available to landlord who use eLondon Lets as the sole agent to let their property. Standard rates apply to multi-agency properties.

Short Let

This includes all the services that we offer with our Let Only service but for tenancies which are less than 6 months. Fee depends on the length of the tenancy which we will quote upon rental appraisal.

Room Lets and Flat-Shares

We charge a nominal fee for each tenant we place in a flat or house share of up to 2 rooms.


All fees and charges will be specified on our terms of business which is sent out in our landlord pack shortly after registration.
